Marketing. Now, it doesn’t matter if you have a marketing budget of $10,000 per week or zero dollars. You can still market your brand successfully… an actually even if you have a $10,000/week marketing budget you can still market your brand wrong!

Regarding marketing, one of the first things we tell our clients is to make a mindset shift about marketing itself. Stop thinking of it as a billboard, or a person waving their sign on the side of the road saying “look at me!!” Start thinking of marketing as Contribution. It’s as simple as asking yourself, “How is my marketing adding value?”

IT’S LIKE

Getting this right is the difference between being seen as an annoying “pop-up” or being seen as a trusted resource, and the expert in your industry. And one of the quickest ways to fall into the annoying “pop-up” group, is to approach your marketing with a look at me approach. But on the flip side, if your focus is our your dream client and supplying them with the very best content and resources, or the very best products and services, then you will start to make your way into the trusted resource group.

**VERY IMPORTANT** To make it into this coveted group where you are seen as an expert, will require consistency and it will take time!!

HERE’S AN EXAMPLE

Remember the GOAL! Build your brand, get results and grow your tribe (aka – loyal fans/dedicated evangelists)! Don’t overwhelm people with a “self-liquidating challenge checklist course offer”, a ton of science-based techno-babel, and a massive list of steps of how to “get rich”! Keep it simple and keep it relational!!

ROI comes after investing your value, time, contribution, and sometimes money in the right type of marketing. While consistently doing this RIGHT type of marketing and building the relationship with your ideal people, then BOOM! All your investing will see amazing return so that you’ll eventually profit from the continuity, and your brand will crush it!

Be thinking “Life Time” not short term. It’s about building on a mutual commitment with those you really want to connect with. Clearly convey to your WHO (ideal client/customer) your “solution” that will help fulfill their need and bring them to a new level (not just survive) but communicate how you can bring them up to a level of abundance. 

***KEY POINT HERE*** Make it beyond easy to understand!

FAILURE ISN’T FINAL.

Your failure isn’t final! If you’ve failed, so have we. Today is the day to get back up and start taking steps forward. We believe in you and we know your life has great purpose. Get after it!

ACTION STEP

Keep it tight to your WHY on all your marketing messaging, so that your ideal peeps (your tribe) will know exactly what you have to offer them (1 offer). Explain in a brief but powerful way how that 1 offer will help fulfill their need and bring them to a new level of abundance (again, not just to survive). Then, simply tell them what they NEED to do to connect with you or how to get that service (1 offer) and make it EXTREMELY easy to do that. That’s it.

 

Keep it simple, value packed, high-quality and consistent. If you do this, you will see an incredible ROI on your marketing!
